Here is another one of those mysteries of life. A sign on the side of the highway (in Kuwait, as you can tell by the shape of the diagram), half in green and the other half red.

I think, and its really just a guess, that the sign means camel and sheep herds are allowed in the desert to the west, left-handed side of Highway 80 while they are *not* allowed on the coastal, eastern, right-handed side.
